What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
We offer the following payment methods: Pay later, Split into 3, Pay in installments, Bank transfer or deposit, cash on delivery, credit card, PayPal, or Bizum.
- Pay later: Buy now, receive first, and pay later. Once your order ships, you'll have 7 days to make your payment using the link you'll receive in your email or via bank transfer. +info

- Pay in installments: Pay in installments immediately and without paperwork. Choose between 4, 6, or 12 months with just a small fixed monthly fee. +info
Cash on delivery orders must be paid to the courier upon delivery and in cash, both within the Peninsula and in Portugal and the Balearic Islands. It's advisable to have the exact amount to give the courier, as they are not required to provide cash change.

Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.—never a P.O. box) or at the Chela store of your choice.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected. Delivery to stores takes 3 to 5 business days, and home deliveries take 2 to 4 business days. Delivery times for orders to the Canary Islands are 7 to 10 business days.
We do our best to meet these deadlines, but since we rely on third-party shipping companies, we cannot guarantee them 100%. Therefore, failure to meet these deadlines cannot be grounds for order cancellation or compensation.
How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?
For in-store deliveries, shipping is free. Home delivery is €5.99 for the entire peninsula, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal. For the Canary Islands, shipping is €10.99.
What is the home delivery process?
If you've chosen home delivery, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order is about to leave the warehouse), another email with a tracking number (with a link to the courier company's website), and finally, the carrier will contact you via text message or email to inform you of the delivery of your order.
How should I return an item?
The easiest way to return an item is to one of our Chela stores. Items must be in perfect condition and include the corresponding receipt.
If you prefer home pickup, you can request a home return by sending a private message to Chelamoda on Facebook or by emailing info@chela.es. After verifying all the information, we will send a courier to pick up your package within the next 48 hours (whenever possible). The courier company will contact you to arrange the pickup. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the proposed date, please contact them to change it.
What is the deadline for making a return?
The return period for any item is one month from the date of purchase at any of our stores. For home returns, the period is 14 days.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
Exchanges are free once per purchase, provided the order is not already eligible for a promotion. Two promotions cannot be applied to the same order. If more than one exchange is required, the customer must pay the shipping cost for the exchange.
In the event of a return, the shipping cost you already paid will be refunded, so only the price of the garment will be refunded.

How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, we will credit the amount of the item to your account.
When will I receive my refund?
After approving the return (items must be in perfect condition and have the interior tags attached), the amount will be credited to your account within a few days.
What should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?
By contacting our customer service department (info@chela.es or by phone at 638 133 055 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday), we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Chela.es reserves the right to reject returns reported or sent outside the established deadline, or items that are not in the same condition as when received.
Can I exchange my items?

- FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM, paying the difference.

What is the deadline for making the change?
The deadline for any online exchange is 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Returns are also 14 days from receipt of the item.
